Shipping And Returns

We do our best to send you the product as quickly as possible, But since we depend on Israel Post services, please wait between 2-7 business days until you receive the product.

As soon as the shipment has started, you will receive an SMS/email message with a tracking number so that you can follow the order at any time you want.

If 7 business days have passed and you still have not received the product, contact us at 05-56855707 and we will be happy to help.

Please make sure your address is correct and updated, a customer who ordered a product and was returned by the postal company due to an incorrect address will be charged for additional shipping.

• Free shipping nationwide by registered mail
• Courier to the house 50 NIS excluding villages, moshavim and kibbutzim

Pickup

• Free self-collection by appointment
• Collection will be possible in coordination with the collection representative and at least an hour before arriving at the location
• The collection is carried out through the owner of the order and is authorized by means of a PO or manager's approval

Rehearsals

• Products can be returned up to 14 days from the moment of purchase
• The product will be returned only in closed and original packaging
• You can get a credit only for the product and not for the shipping fee
• A customer who does not demand to pick up the product from the post office will not be entitled to a refund if 14 days have passed including the waiting time at the branch
